Sat - Sun: 9am - 3pm

Sat - Sun: 9am - 11am & 1pm - 3pm

CLOSED ALL BANK HOLIDAYS (Monday's)
for Arrivals and Departures only, we still have animal boarding over these periods.

EASTER & CHRISTMAS PERIOD

Booking Terms & Conditions

• We charge a deposit of 20% of the total booking at the time of making the booking.
• We can take this over the phone by Debit or Credit Card.
• The balance of the booking has to be paid on arrival.
• In the event of a cancellation, the deposit will be used as a cancellation fee.
• We do have a no-refund policy and if you collect your animal early we will not refund any money or keep it in credit for any future bookings.
• You must bring your pets vaccination cards with you.
• We do not accept one night only bookings in July & August.
• No animal will be accepted or released outside of opening hours.
• The management reserve the right to refuse any animal at any time.
